I just booked of those FREE TICKET promo on firefly in April for Sept flight. Guess what? The flight is cancelled and THEY NEVER INFORM ME! Its already August, if I did not login to check my flight status, I won't know its cancelled! I called them and then only they tell me the flight is cancelled, what if I had paid for hotel and packages? Lucky I check before I book my hotel! So they planning to only tell me at the 11th hour?
